Adam Couple has had their final episode on “We Got Married”.

Yesterday Adam Couple parted on their final episode. Although they did not stop smiling till the end, their effort to keep calm looked sadder instead. Shall I say I felt that although outwardly they were smiling, it seemed like they were crying inside?

Anyway they were fully known as a couple at Shim Shim Ta Pa a year ago (they released ‘WFIL’ at that time) and yesterday they announced their final recording at the same radio show. Jo Kwon and Ga In cried as they delivered the announcement as there were so many things flashing through their minds. Sister in law, JeA and Park Mi Sun who watched the episode together also shed tears.

Apparently Jo Kwon and Ga In couldn’t get used to the idea… It’s quite sad to see how they kept denying the reality with comments like “I couldn’t feel anything”, “I want to fail this mission”, etc. Anyhow today Jo Kwon and Ga In went back from Adam Couple to merely Jo Kwon and Ga In. Which "Invincible Youth" members received a back hug from Taemin ??

SHINee’s Taemin, who joined an episode of KBS 2TV’s “Invincible Youth” in place of Victoria, gifted a back hug to some lucky members of the show.

On this episode (set to be broadcasted on December 3rd), the cast members learned how to make a few traditional Korean dishes including mumalengi (dried slices of daikon) and cheonggukjang (fermented bean paste).

As soon as Taemin made his appearance, the members welcomed him with open arms and some even began plotting to steal him from the ‘cheonggukjang team’ for the ‘mumalengi team.’

They later began requesting, “Please give a back hug to the member that catches the daikon slices you throw.”

Only two lucky members were chosen for this special gift, but viewers must stay tuned to the December 3rd episode to find out who!

Artillery fire exchanged between North and South Korea

Normally, allkpop doesn’t report on the political going-ons in Korea, but today we have to make an exception.

At 2:34PM (KST), North Korea fired artillery shells across the ocean border, and at least 200 shells landed on South Korea’s Yeonpyeong island. While there have been altercations in the past, the South Korean people are experiencing a panic because the artillery shells were fired at an inhabited island.

“2010 Melon Music Awards” opens its first round of online votes

The “2010 Melon Music Awards” will be holding its first poll for the best artists of the year, starting November 11th and concluding on the 21st.

This poll will be the first of two rounds – this preliminary vote will determine the top 30, while the second vote finalizes the nominations for the “2010 Melon Music Awards”. The second vote will factor in digital music sales from the Melon website, as well.

Users will be able to vote for a total of 30 teams to be chosen as the ‘most loved artists of the year’, and can submit their selections on the site up to 10 times a day.

After showing the world that she and Super Junior’s Heechul are close labelmates, f(x)’s Sulli followed up a few days later by uploading a picture of herself at “Kim Heechul’s Young Street” radio center with fellow group member Luna.

'Asia Influential Artist Award' Awarded.

Korean Foundation of Cultural Industry (Chairman Kim Young Hoon, and the foundation) have announced in 6th that popular groups 4Minute and B2ST will be awarded 'Asia Influential Artist' award in '2010 Asia Song Festival'.

The foundation said, "In the 23rd, the two groups will be participating in 'Asia Song Festival' held in Seoul Jamsil Olympic Stadium." and "They will be receiving 'Asia Influential Artist' award given to those who had the most attention this year in Asia.

The festival is held together by the foundation, Unisef, and the city of Seoul to celebrate the opening of G2O summit.

Beforehand Rain, Boa, Kara, 2AM, and etc. who are popular singers in Korea, AKB48 in Japan, Jane Jang in China, Jung Wi En Chang (鄭元暢) in Taiwan and etc. will be participating in the festival and music fans over the world are interested.

Bie the Star, who is the 'Taiwan Rain' will also be participating. Taiwan's actor and singer Phim decided not to participate due to health issues. Seohyun voted to have best chubby cheeks

In a recent poll on DCInside, SNSD’s Seohyun was chosen as the female celebrity with the best chubby cheeks.

She won 31.3% of the 9,426 votes. She’s still pretty young so she definitely has some baby fat left on her cheeks which makes her more cute than she already is.

Wonder Girls’ Sohee took second place with 11.3% of the votes. She’s been nicknamed as Dumpling because of her chubby and round cheeks.

Miss Korea 2009 Kim Juri revealed that she received Gdragon‘s invitation to Taeyang’s concert.

Kim Juri told the reporters of Sports Chosun, “After losing contact with Ji Yong for a very long period of time, we met up again recently” and “He asked me to keep in touch and gave me an invitation to Taeyang’s SOLAR concert”. Kim Juri also tweeted on 25th August, “Taeyang’s concert is awesome Jjak Jjak Jjak!!!”, showing the support after watching the concert.

On 17th August, Kim Juri mentioned on a KBS show, “We used to contact each other back in the days but that was before I went for further studies in Russia. I bumped into him when he was standing outside a beauty salon”. “Won’t this (female-male friendship) bother you?” to which she added, “When we went out together, I received a lot of negative words from the fans. Co-Ed on their debut performances

Ten member idol group Co-Ed successfully completed their first debut stage with “Too Late” on “M Countdown” and “Music Bank.” Meeting with reporters right after their second debut stage, the members showed mixed feelings about their performances.

Sky Earth Yoosung stated, “We were all really impatient while waiting for our stage but the moment we stood in front of it, I actually just felt numb. There was no chance for me to feel nervous while changing into two different sets of clothes. However, when time came for our second performance, I definitely felt a lot more nervous.”

In contrast to Yoosung, Rascal Kwanghaeng revealed, “I was shaking during the first few seconds after we set our foot on stage. Still, that feeling of nervousness went away the minute the song we practiced a hundred times over started playing. I think there was less pressure since we were together with our members.”

Yoon Eun Hye hangs out with Kan Mi Yeon

Yoon Eun Hye recently uploaded a few pictures with Kan Mi Yeon onto her twitter. The caption reads, ‘Unni didn’t say I couldn’t upload them…‘

The picture shows the two wearing sunglasses and yet their beauty and natural styles still shine through without change.

Kara 'Mister' concept copied by a japanese female idol group ?

A controversy of a popular Japanese girl group copying Kara has been rising.

Korean netizens are in doubt that the Japanese idol girl group, ‘9 nine’, have copied Kara’s clothing concepts, who released their debut single ‘Mister’ in Japan in early August.

A 5-member female idol group ‘9 nine’ who debuted in 2005 recently released a single album with a concept similar to Kara’s clothing for ‘Mister’ – short-sleeved colour t-shirts, baggy hip-hop pants and even the gloves.

Moreover, netizens are suspecting that Kara has influenced them a lot, making a point that ‘9 nine’, who used to rely on their cute images, transformed into a powerful and sexy concept as SNSD and Kara had quite an impact on the Japanese girl group industry.

BoA closed her Twitter because Shawol ??

BoA was recently caught up in a controversy with SHINee fans for “spoiling SHINee’s comeback” through her Twitter, causing her to eventually set her Twitter account to private on September 29th.

On the 26th, BoA tweeted, “Inkigayo has come to an end, and Chuseok has come to an end. Next week is our shining SHINee’s comeback! I won’t be lonely in the waiting rooms anymore.”

2NE1 telah mengkonfirmasi judul lagu mereka, mereka mempercepat comeback mereka, dengan syuting MV. 2NE1 mengumumkan single pertama mereka akan rilis pada tanggal 9 September dan kan ada total 12 lagu di album ini.
